From the coaches to the management, the organization is volunteer-run and defines itself as truly community-based.

  • Description: Sledge hockey follows the same rules and structure as ice hockey with a few adaptations. Sledge hockey was designed for players of any age or gender that have disabilities but can be played by anyone. The player must wear full gear while they sit in a sledge that is designed for each individual’s needs. The player maneuvers along the ice using two specialized sticks with picks at one end to propel the sledge and a blade at the other end to handle the puck.
